Good fats for the whole family
You may have heard about different types of fats - there are good fats and bad fats. It's important to know that good fats are only found in certain types of products. They are found in many vegetable oils and products made from them such as margarines but animal or dairy products, such as butter or lard, and even olive oil are not good sources.

To get the right amount of beneficial good fats in your daily diet you need to use a variety of vegetable oils. That's why our new Rama Light is made of a combination of 3 vegetable oils and is even tastier than the Rama you already know.

Don't forget the vitamins!
Rama Light is also an easy and delicious way of adding the fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E to your diet. Your body needs fat to absorb these vitamins and Rama Light provides both the fat and the vitamins. Just 20 grams of Rama Light per day (3-4 slices of bread) deliver 20-30% of the recommended daily amount of these vitamins for adults and 30-40% for children.
