INGREDIENTS
For 4 persons

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbs Rama Culinesse
  • 450g frozen green peas
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • Salt, freshly grinded pepper
  • 3 tbs Rama Cremefi ne
  • Some basil leaves
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley

Nicely with:

  • 8-12 fish sticks or fish
    schnitzels
  • 4 tbs Rama Culinesse
  • 750g potatoes

1. Peal and chop the onion and fry it in 3 minutes in Rama Culinesse. Add the green peas and braise them in 3-4 minutes.

 

2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in parts. Add the tomatoes to the peas and continue braising for 1-2 more minutes. Season with pepper and salt. Add Rama Cremefine and heat up for another minute while spooning. Tear the basil in pieces and sprinkle it over the peas, together with the chopped parsley.
