INGREDIENTS
For 4 persons

  • 150g Strawberries
  • 400g Mango
  • 100 ml Rama Cremefine zum Schlagen
  • 2 table spoons lemon juice
  • 1 EL maple sirup
  • 2 table spoons pine nuts (optional)
  • 1 table spoon powder sugar
  • 3 table spoons chopped mint
  • 4 balls of Mango-Strawberry or Vanilla ice cream

1. Clean strawberries. Peel and cut the flesh of the stone. Cut both in thin slices. Decorate the fruit on a plate.


2. Mix Rama Cremefine, lemon juice, maple syrup, powdered sugar and chopped mint and drizzle it over the
fruits.

 

3. Roast pine nuts in a frying pan without fat and give about the fruits. Serve with the ice cream.
