INGREDIENTS
For 8 persons

  • 250g Strawberries
  • 3 Tablespoons honey/sugar
  • 250 ml Rama Cremefine zum Schlagen

1. Wash strawberries and cut into halves. Put them together with the honey and Rama Cremefine into the mixer and puree them.


2. Put the puree into 8 small water glasses and freeze them in the freezer. After approximately 30 minutes, when the puree solidifi es, stick small egg spoons into each glass Further leave them in the freezer for another 30 minutes.


3. Take the lollies our of the freezer and leave them 5 to 10 minutes at ambient temperature. Pull the Strawberry lollies with the spoon out of the glas and ready they are!
