INGREDIENTS
For 4 persones

  • 400g penne
  • Salt
  • 800g Italian vegetables mix for stir frying
  • 4 tbs Rama Culinesse
  • 2,5dl mashed tomatoe (passata)
  • 375g smoked chicken strips
  • 2 tbs pine nuts
  • Some basil leaves

1. Prepare the penne according to the instructions on the package. Stir fry the Italian vegetable mix in 4 minutes in Rama Culinesse while spooning. Pour the mashed potatoes over the vegetables and add the smoked chicken strips. Heat up for a few more minutes.


2. Pour off the pasta and let it drain. Mix the pasta with the vegetable/tomato sauce.


3. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Spoon the pasta in dishes and sprinkle the pine nuts on top
