  • 400g farfalle (butterfly pasta)
  • 2 broccoli heads
  • 1 roasted red pepper (from pot)
  • 5 (beef)sausages
  • 4 tbs Rama Culinesse
  • 100g old cheese

1. Prepare the farfalle according Salt to the instructions on the package. Clean the broccoli, divide it in smaller pieces, and boil it crisp in 4-5 minutes. Cut the red peppers in wide strips. Incise the sausages with a sharp knife and pull off the outer layer. Break the sausage to pieces.


2. Heat up the Rama Culinesse, wait until the bubbles are left and bake the sausage brown in 6-8 minutes. Pour off the broccoli. Add the red pepper and broccoli to the sausage. Bake it while spooning in 1-2 minutes. Pour off the pasta. Put the pasta back in the pan, add the sausage and veggies and mix it all together. Slice the cheese thin and sprinkle it over the pasta.
