INGREDIENTS
For 4 persons

  • 1 large caulifl ower
  • 1 tbs Rama Culinesse
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs chopped coriander

Nicely with:

  • 4 salmon fi llets
  • 4 tbs Rama Culinesse
  • 4 tbs Japanese soy sauce
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tbs sherry

 1. Clean the caulifl ower, divide it in smaller pieces and put it in a steaming basket. Boil enough water in a pan, turn down the heat and put the steaming basket in the pan (the steaming basket should not touch the water). Steam the caulifl ower in 7-10 minutes. Heat up 1 tbs Rama Culinesse in a pan and roast the sesame seeds nice and gold. Divide the sesame seeds and chopped coriander over the caulifl ower.


2. Heat up 4 tbs Rama Culinesse, wait until the bubbles are left and bake the salmon on two sides in 4 minutes. Take the salmon out of the pan, poor off the baking liquid and extinguish the pan with soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and sherry. Heat up shortly, put the salmon in the sauce and turn off the fi re after 1 minute.
