INGREDIENTS
For 4 persons

  • 80g Rama
  • 1 teaspoon pepper puree
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Pepper
  • 8 small slices wholemeal bread
  • 4 slices of young Gouda
  • 8 radishes
  • 8 small tomatoes
  • 16 grapes
  • 8 shashlik

1. Mix Rama, pepper puree and thyme with salt, pepper and sugar. Spread it on the whole meal and put the cheese on it and another wholemeat bread. Cut each bread into 6 pieces

 

2. Alternate pieces of bread with the vegetables or the rapes and put them onto the shashliks.
