INGREDIENTS
For 1 person

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 20g Rama
  • 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mint
  • 1 wholemeal bread roll

 

1. Peel banana and cut in cubes cut.
Mix Honey, Rama, lemon juice walnuts.

 

2. Cut the rolls horizontally open, spread both halves with Rama and honey or sugar. Portion the banana mix on it.
